Montgomerie Gray Boutique currently ships within the United States.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $100 or more after discounts and before taxes. Shipping for orders below $100 is calculated at checkout.
PROCESSING + TRACKING
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Tracking information is emailed once your package ships. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Email Hello@montgomeriegray.com immediately if you notice an error.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Montgomerie Gray Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is missing, contact the carrier first. You may then email Hello@montgomeriegray.com with your order number so we can assist with available next steps.
Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may require an additional shipping payment before they can be reshipped.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
