Where can I shop MGB?
Shop online anytime, visit our curated space inside The Franklin Shops in Downtown Fort Myers or host a private shopping event.
How do I choose the right size?
Fit can vary by brand and style. Review the product details first, then email Hello@montgomeriegray.com if you want a second opinion. We would rather help before checkout than play size roulette afterward.
Do you offer personal styling?
Yes. Visit our Personal Shopping page to request styling help for an event, closet refresh or specific look.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the ship date for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors or marks and have original tags attached. Review the complete Returns + Store Credit Policy before sending anything back.
Are any items final sale?
Yes. Sale and markdown items, jewelry, accessories, lingerie and intimates, bags and wallets, beauty or personal-care goods, home décor, gifts, novelties and gift cards are final sale.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within three days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review it quickly and make it right when the issue is ours.
How does shipping work?
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $100 or more after discounts and before taxes. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
Can I return something purchased at The Franklin Shops by mail?
No. Purchases processed at The Franklin Shops must be returned through The Franklin Shops location and must meet MGB’s return eligibility requirements.
