Montgomerie Gray Boutique — Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
Howdy, gorgeous! 🤠🌴 We’re a small, heart-led boutique, and we do our best to keep you stylin’ without the fuss. Because we’re tiny (and shipping isn't cheap), we offer store credit only on eligible returns. No refunds, and shipping is never refundable. Thank you for understanding—constant back-and-forth shipping would buck us right off our saddle!
Return Window & Eligibility

14 days from the ship date (or purchase date for in-person buys) to initiate a return.

Store credit only once your item is received and approved.

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of smells, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or damage, with original tags attached and your receipt/packing slip included.

Where to Return

Purchased at the Franklin Shops? Please return at the Franklin Shops location; those sales are processed there only.

Purchased online? Ship back to the address provided in your return authorization email (see “How to Start a Return”).
Exchanges
We don’t hold inventory for swaps, but you can:

Return the eligible item for store credit, then

Use your credit to snag the size or style you want (if available).
If an item arrives defective or damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Shipping & Handling (Important!)

Shipping is charged per trip (to you and back to us) and is non-refundable.

Customers cover return shipping. We recommend a trackable service and/or shipping insurance for items over $75.

Montgomerie Gray is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once in transit.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, eligible returns will receive a gift store credit via email once processed.
How to Start a Return

Email Hello@montgomeriegray.com with your order number, item, and reason.

We’ll reply with next steps and the return address (for online orders).

Once received and approved, we’ll email your store credit. Please allow up to 2 business days after delivery to our shop for processing.
