Shipping + Delivery

Montgomerie Gray currently ships within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $100 or more after discounts and before taxes. Shipping for orders below the threshold is calculated at checkout.

Processing + Tracking

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Tracking information is emailed once your package ships. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Address Changes

Review your shipping address before checkout. Contact Hello@montgomeriegray.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

Delivery Issues

Montgomerie Gray is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked delivered by the carrier. If a package is missing, contact the carrier first and then email us with your order number so we can help with available next steps.

Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may require an additional shipping payment before reshipment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Review our Returns + Store Credit Policy before sending an item back.
